$16 just to still have the car still be dirty is disappointing. Didn't even remove the dirt from the windshield. Photos of windows were from right after I got the car washed and drove a quarter mile up the road

It has definitely gone down hill. Went from one of the best to the worst. Will not be back. I understand why it was the only car wash without a line today.

I used this car wash for the first time a couple weeks ago. Did pretty well, but I couldn't tell how much of the under carriage it washes. Think the lowest touchless is around $12. I'd like to purchase more car washes for less fee per wash.

We went here yesterday. We drove both of Our 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4×4's to get washed. It was a gorgeous 70° day & Hubby & I wanted a 'Self-Serve" car wash, as we saw too many bad "reviews" on automatic Car washes around Boardman & Youngstown. I got My Jeep Jan. 16th, 2021 for My Birthday. The "SNAZZBERRY" is Jeep's newest color, for the 2021 Wrangler Sport 4×4. My Husband's Birthday is Wed. March 24th, 2021 and He got a matching Jeep to mine, 3 days ago. His is "STINGRAY" We didn't want to risk scratches, dings, or dents by taking them to regular car washes, as the reviews were awful. Not the case with WHATAWASH. VERY HAPPY RESULTS. MACHINERY WAS FINE & EVERYTHING WORKED AS EXPECTED! THX! GOD BLESS! WE WILL BE BACK WEEKLY!
